Shunning

I am thinking about my church today. We are not Amish. We are Pentecostal. However we are sadly doing an excellent job of shunning people.

I think about my friend that is not in church anymore, how the church ordered her son to get rid of his non-Pentecostal girlfriend.

Little did the church know that less than a year later, my friend’s youngest child would suddenly die overnight and the new baby was only thing keeping her alive.

Why have we lost our focus of loving people?

Why are we so judgmental?

This is why this religion Is shrinking.
